Experience Change with Psychotherapy
Helping you to change your world
I am a compassionate and grounded therapist with a deep commitment to holding safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. In the therapy room, I bring a warm, attentive presence that allows my clients to feel seen and understood. I have a particular passion for working with issues around attachment, self-worth, trauma, and developmental wounding, and I take a holistic approach to exploring how these impact my clients’ lives.
My work is rooted in principles from Core Process Psychotherapy, and I’m inspired by the wisdom of the Dharma. This approach guides me to help clients access their inner resources and connect with a deeper sense of self. I am especially interested in understanding how early life experiences shape current struggles and in supporting clients to unravel the patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to be alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel authentic and empowering.
In therapy, I value curiosity, genuine connection, and a touch of humor when it feels right. I am here to help you navigate challenging emotions, uncover new insights, and find a sense of peace and alignment within. If you are ready to explore and work through what’s holding you back, I am here to support you, with compassion, depth, and unwavering respect for your journey.
How we will work together
In our therapy sessions, we’ll create a space that feels safe, supportive, and open to whatever you bring. Our work together will be a conversation that flows naturally, allowing you to explore what’s truly on your mind and in your heart. We may start by talking through what feels most present for you, whether it's something recent or a familiar feeling you want to understand more deeply.
As we explore, we might notice patterns or themes that reveal where past experiences influence your current life. Together, we’ll pay close attention to what’s happening in the moment—maybe certain emotions, memories, or even body sensations come up as we talk. When these come up, we’ll hold them gently, making space to understand and work through them without rushing.
If you feel overwhelmed, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll check in to ensure you feel grounded and supported, giving you the time you need to reflect, feel, and move forward. You’re in control of our work together, and we’ll focus on whatever helps you feel more connected, alive, and empowered in your life.
